Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Place the items in their original Jambu packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse processes your return.
